Probate:

    Probate is a court filed action for someone who has died either without a will (intestate) or with a will but no trust (testate).  Often times an administrator or executor will hire an attorney to assist with this complicated court process.  All attorney’s fees are paid from the probate estate (the decedent’s assets) based upon the value of the assets of the probate estate (California Probate Code §§ 10800-10801).  Schreiber & Schreiber, Inc., has significant experience with both contested and non-contested probate matters and is here to assist you with any probate questions you may have, or to represent administrators, executors or beneficiaries in probate matters.  For more information, please click the links below:
